You'll find Banana Patch Studio in the historic Chang Building from 1926, a transformation by artist Joanna Carolan that's become the go-to spot for authentic Kauai gifts in Hanapepe.
The draw here is hand-painted ceramic work – vibrant tiles, pottery, mugs, bowls, and plates decorated with tropical designs that capture the spirit of Kauai rather than mass-market resort aesthetics.
