Who We Are

What We Collect

  • Contact forms: Name, email, phone number, and any information you provide (property interest, budget, timeline, etc.).
  • Moku AI Chat: Name and phone number (required before chatting). Full conversation transcript. Conversations are AI-summarized and stored for follow-up.
  • Voice Agent: Phone number (caller ID), call duration, recording, AI-generated transcript and summary.
  • Tax Estimator / STR Address Check: Property details you enter (address, price, property type, tax bracket). No SSN or tax returns are ever collected.
  • Newsletter signup: Email address.
  • Automatic data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referrer URL.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide real estate services.
  • To operate AI tools (Moku chat, tax estimator, address checker) — your inputs are sent to Anthropic (Claude) and Perplexity for processing. These providers do not retain your data beyond the request.
  • To store lead and conversation data in our CRM (Supabase, Airtable) for follow-up.
  • To send market reports, property alerts, or communications if you opt in.
  • To improve our tools (aggregated, anonymized usage patterns only).

Where Your Data Is Stored

  • Supabase (database) — AWS, US region.
  • Airtable (CRM) — Airtable Inc, US-based.
  • Anthropic (AI processing) — API inputs are not used to train models.
  • Perplexity (web research) — search queries only, no PII.
  • Sanity (CMS) — published content only, no PII.
  • Vercel (hosting) — standard web server logs.

AI Chat & Voice Data Retention

Moku chat transcripts and AI summaries are retained in our CRM indefinitely for follow-up. Voice call recordings are retained for up to 12 months, then auto-deleted. Summaries may be retained longer. To request deletion: Moku@mokuintel.com with your name and phone number.

Who We Share With

We do not sell your personal information. We may share with:
  • AI providers (Anthropic, Perplexity) for tool operation — data not retained by providers.
  • Referral partners (CPA, attorney, property manager) — only with your explicit consent.
  • Law enforcement — if required by law.

Your Rights

  • Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
  • Opt out of voice recording by requesting a direct call with our Realtor.
