Where Kauaʻi ocean view homes cluster
The North Shore — Princeville, Hanalei, Kīlauea — runs along a series of bluffs that drop several hundred feet to the Pacific, so most ocean view inventory there is clifftop or ridge-line. Princeville Makai (the lower-elevation neighborhoods) carries the highest concentration of named ocean view subdivisions. The South Shore — Poʻipū, Koloa — sits closer to sea level, with a mix of oceanfront, elevated-lot, and across-the-street ocean view homes. Kapaʻa and Wailua on the East Side offer ocean view inventory at materially lower price points but with less direct access.
