Beyond the malasadas, the seasonal Mountain Apple Cheesecake and Pineapple Upside Down Cake stand out, made with fruits harvested right here on island. Marlana turns local lilikoi, guava, and strawberry guava into purees and curds for her rotating dessert menu, so you'll find something different each week.
